There is no single hourly rate, because two hours of companionship and an overnight awake shift are not the same job. What you get is a written number before you decide anything: we visit the house, agree the hours, and put the cost on paper. The visit costs nothing and you are not signing anything to have it. Yes. The office keeps appointment hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the phone is answered by a person around the clock. Care itself can be staffed 24 hours a day.
